Thanksgiving season is a time when we want to share with our family and friends. It’s a time of great anticipation and joy for many. It can also be a lonely time for some who have lost loved ones, are estranged from family, and truly feel alone. In my opinion, the best way to reach these people, or to manage our own holiday depression, is through books.

A good story can lift anyone’s spirits. A good book can be shared with your friends and loved ones. Nothing can bring more joy than a new world that opens our mind, a world we find in a great story.
This holiday don’t forget to read and share great books. It’s a great way to start a conversation without tension. Share you ideas and reviews, get excited about reading books!
We can choose the books we love, and we can also choose the people we call family. Don’t let yourself or others around you be lonely this holiday.
